Common fault judgment and solution of electronic platform scale

The following are some common fault judgments of the platform scale - TCS electronic series:

1, the battery can be turned on to use, AC can not charge the battery: this is a power problem, you can check whether the transformer is normal, the power line is not through;

2, the use of AC power, the battery can not be used: this is generally caused by battery failure, the battery can be replaced to solve the problem;

3. After receiving the new scale, it can be turned on and weighed, but the weighing is not allowed: this may be caused by the protection screw touching the scale body, please check and remove the protection screw;

4, can be turned on, but weighing no display: please check whether the sensor cable is short-circuited or damaged, and whether the connector is damaged;

5, can not open the machine, but after AC can be used normally, the battery is not charged: this is generally the battery voltage is too low, the current is too little caused, need to contact our engineers to replace the battery in time.

6, can be weighed, the display surface is normal, but no goods on the scale do not return to zero: this is generally caused by too little range of zero or the scale body touching things. If the former is true, reset the zero tracking range. If the latter, please empty the scale body around the things;

7, the weighing is normal, but the weighing value is constantly flashing: this indicates that the power is insufficient, and it needs to be charged as soon as possible;

8, usually weighing normal, but sometimes inexplicably appear numerical instability phenomenon: this is generally caused by external interference, please check whether the surrounding welding or strong magnetic field interference and be excluded;

9, the instrument has an error code, please refer to the information in the weighing display manual.
