Possible causes of the disorderly keys on the electronic scale:

1. Unstable power supply voltage: Without a voltage stabilizer, the power supply voltage exceeds the normal working voltage range of the instrument, resulting in digital jumps.

2. Poor sealing of the junction box: Excessive humidity inside the box causes digital jumps. Open the junction box to check for water droplets or moisture, and replace the junction box if necessary.

3. Main line of the floor scale is damaged: The exposed part of the main line is damaged by human or rodent bites, resulting in loose connections.

4. Circuit board in the junction box is damaged: Long-term use of the terminal block can cause oxidation and rust, resulting in loose pressure lines.

5. Oxidation of plugs or sockets: Long-term use may cause unstable connection resistance. They can be soaked in dilute hydrochloric acid and then dried or air-dried.

6. Load cells damage or drift: When the sensor is damaged or drifts, it can also cause unstable digital jumps.
